Each session is 50 minutes long.

In order to maintain the high quality of the session, you are limited to 5 students max. The session is still only 50 minutes regardless of how many students are participating.

In our “Get Started” page, click on the “Schedule a Session” button.  Select a day and time for your session and click “Book Now”.  In the shopping cart page, you will see all your available coupons.  Click any of them and it will zero out the price.  Continue the checkout process and wait for your email confirmation.

If you cancel your appointment before the scheduled time, the coupon will be returned to your account automatically.

You can transfer it to someone else or receive a partial refund.

If you transfer it, it can no longer be refunded to anyone. Use it or lose it.

If you want a refund of your bundled session instead, the refund will be based on the rate for whichever bundled session you originally purchased minus the current per-session price for each additional session leftover.

Examples:

• If you purchased 5 bundled hours and only used 2 sessions, you will be refunded the amount of what you originally paid for the package minus each of those 2 sessions you already used at rate of the current price of a single session.
• If you used 4 out of 5 sessions, you will be refunded the amount of what you originally paid for the 5 sessions (at the time you made the purchase), minus the rate of each of the single sessions that you already used.
