A refund will be issued within 90 days of your refund request.  Refund amount is based on the following:

• Single Session
  A refund request made before the start of a session will be refunded in full.  Once a session begins, no refund will be issued.  This also applies to no contact/no shows.
• Bundled Sessions
  Refunds for any of our Bundled Session packages can be refunded in full, minus any sessions already completed or started, at which point any remaining sessions will be calculated based on the current rate of a Single Session.

Once we process your refund, it could take 3 to 5 business days for our bank to process it, and your financial institution can take up to 20 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
